Comfortably 2,000 lbs with lots of good ice, 2500 if your trip is shorter. 2.5-3" insulation all the way around. Outside Dimensions of the box: 51"W x 44"H x 58.75" L Insdide of EACH SIDE: 21"W x 52"L x 36"H Drains great, webbing handles installed for transport. No rot, no water,etc. Cleans up great.
