This is a state lobster/dive endorsement. It entitles the holder to 250 legal lobster a day diving.It allows you to legally transport your lobsters through state waters.This card with CDE endorsement also comes with the new " bullynet " endorsement. This allows the holder to an additional 250 lobsters per day by bullynet for a possible lobster total of 500.This endorsement enables the purchaser one year automatic RS endorsement on your SPL card.With this card you can sell your catch to a licensed lobster dealer.
