There are only 61 Longline Endorsements in the Gulf. Those boats catch 66% of Gulf Grouper, more than 80% of the Red Grouper. Red Grouper is whats open next year. The other 500 boats catch the rest. If you want to be in the fishing business, this is the way to do it. I'll consider all realistic offers. Thanks!
