Florida Stone Crab tags/Boat Lease
I need to "lease" a boat to renew an SPL with stone crab and lobster RS Endorsements in Florida. There are 700 stone crab tags (500 class A1 and 200 Class B) available that can be run and the product sold, but the tags cannot be sold at this time. Anyone interested cannot already have an SPL or RS Endorsements.
In exchange, any income made from running the tags would be yours to keep. I only ask that you pay to renew the SPL and tags in future years.
Written agreement/lease is required. Once I am able to sell the tags, lessor will have right of first refusal.
