I have 2,009 lbs of Red Snapper Allocation ready for transfer to a fisherman in need. I also have a Gulf of Mexico Reef Permit for sale at $6,000. October is my renewal month and that permit is in the process of being renewed. Not returned yet as they are probably backlogged from the shutdown.
