First JPSS antenna installed as NOAA continues to highlight consequences of budget shortfall
The Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS) program, which will deliver the next-generation of polar-orbiting satellites, reached a key milestone with the installation of the first antenna that will receive data from the spacecraft.
